This 10,788-SF concrete slab was continuously-poured on October 12, 2017 by G3 Group, Mintz Concrete and Cemex. The slab would be followed by 22”-thick concrete walls, topped by a suspended concrete ceiling and 3-level custom ellipse steel stair. All made possible by (43) vertical shoring piles with angled tie-backs tensioned into the retained earth.
